We THANK and CELEBRATE our dedicated Colac Area Health volunteers.

Research shows volunteers live happier and healthier lives. And we know our CAH Volunteers make the lives of our clients and their families happier!

  • National Volunteers Week is a great time to put your thoughts into action and pledge to volunteer with Colac Area Health.

Discuss volunteering options with the CAH Volunteer Coordinator. Find a volunteer role to match your skills, interests, availability and lifestyle. You can volunteer on a regular basis or for a shorter time to suit your own schedule.

Our Colac Area Health volunteers provide comfort to patients and carers, drive patients to appointments, assist with social activities and events, provide administration or reception support, garden, serve community lunches or contribute on Advisory Groups.

Our volunteers work across the organisation in the hospital, community services, Colac Neighbourhood House, Adult Day Activity Centre, Corangamarah Residential Aged Care Facility and at Birregurra Community Health Centre.

Current CAH Volunteers and their Colac Area Health supervisors are invited to attend the CAH Volunteer Thankyou Afternoon tea on Thursday, 11 May 2017, 2.30 pm in the CAH Cafeteria. (RSVP for catering, thanks)
