A uniquely rewarding role currently exists for a suitably qualified Physiotherapist to work as part of a multidisciplinary team of dedicated health professionals, encompassing aged, community and acute care based in the coastal communities of Lorne, and Apollo Bay.

Reporting to the Integrated Care Manager/ Primary Care Team Manager, this role will provide the opportunity to bring high quality physiotherapy services to clients across two communities.

This role is offered on a part-time basis up to full time (negotiable), shared across Lorne Community Hospital and Otway Health.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant tertiary qualification, current AHPRA registration as well as experience working with multidisciplinary teams and in program planning, development and evaluation. You'll be driven and innovative in your approach to your work, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes for your clients.

Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills, the capacity to build rapport with a diverse range of patients and a desire to make a difference. The ability to plan and organise your own workload, while working efficiently as part of a team, will also be key to success in this role.

A current driver's license, National Police check and Working with Children check are essential.
