Catering

The goal of PDH Food services team is to meet the dietary expectations of in-patients, out patients, meals on wheels clients, staff and visitors. Food Services staff work in conjunction with Clinical Staff, Dieticians and Speech Therapists to ensure all food and meals are consistently of the best quality, nutritious, aid recovery and/or maintain health. Food Services staff do their best to accommodate special dietary and culturally appropriate meal requirements.

Our kitchen is subject to annual food safety auditing by the Glenelg Shire Council’s Health Officer and externally by Food Hygiene Australia; last audits conducted in June and August 2016 resulted in PDH being rewarded with a certificate of Full Compliance to the Victorian Food Act 1984 with no recommendations.
